EMPRESA: TELEFE
The position will have direct responsibility and oversight for the strategy, execution, editorial, product, design, operations, sales development, research & social media of the digital portfolio across Latin America & US Hispanic.
This role will also be accountable to provide engagement and reach that supports revenue generations by the TV & digital ad sales teams.
The candidate needs to have excellent relationship building and communication skills at a senior management level. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders is essential, with a clear understanding of broadcast, digital and commercial
He/She must have ability to prioritize and establish digital best practices across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
‣ Develop a vision & long-term digital strategy that aligns with core business objectives
‣ Drive a compelling consumer experience that surpasses competitors, and also provides optimal advertising opportunities across all digital screens
‣Develop & execute TV Everywhere product that is integrated with existing website experience across all screens & platforms
‣Influence senior management as being the digital media expert to ensure digital is considered in key initiatives
‣ Effectively collaborate & communicate digital business with key stakeholders across programming, sales, marketing and senior management across the region
‣ Develop & drive product roadmap and editorial calendar that aligns with network plans & priorities
‣ Build, maintain and motivate regional digital organizations in a high impact, low cost manner
‣ Ensure data is at the forefront of all initiatives with key insights provided to all stakeholders
‣ Define and deliver regional goals that satisfy reach, engagement and ad sales objectives
‣ Maintain alliance and share best practices with the US & international businesses
‣ Partner and work closely with global technology team
‣ Identify global and regional syndication partners that will drive reach and revenue opportunities
Principal Qualifications required:
‣ 10+ years digital media management experience
‣ In-depth understanding of both television and digital media technologies
‣ Proven track record of managing multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders. Must have background of web analytics & SEO
‣ A cross-platform track record for driving user engagement & audience growth while marrying compelling user offerings with sales solutions
‣ Proven track record in delivery of content (or comparable products and services) in the Digital Media space across multiple markets
‣ Proven track record in planning and budgeting. Understanding of right & clearances in broadcast & digital media
