Viacom International Media Networks is looking for super talented and bright individual who has the right mix of business and project management skills and work experience in the mobile/telco industry, to manage new and existing subscription services across brands such as MTV, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Comedy Central, Paramount, Porta dos Fundos, and Telefe, at a pan-regional level.

We are looking for a digital business/marketing/sales professional that will be responsible for entire business and project management: from sales to content, marketing to product, reporting to partners management, working with the brand’s marketing teams, programming teams, sales, product, legal, finance, etc.

Reporting to the Director of D2C Business and Partners, the Subscription Business & Partner Manager needs to be a natural project manager, with experience in digital marketing, partner management and business analytics. 

Responsibilities

·             Collaborate with Sales teams creating decks and other new business selling material for specific pitches and provide direct support to regional teams to close deals and drive revenue.

·             Support Sales team in building relationships with all non-linear distribution partners, identify opportunities to generate revenue.

·             Support Product and Content Delivery teams overviewing the onboarding and integration processes to ensure successful new launches and updates.

·             Collaborate with Brand Marketing Directors and Trade Marketing teams on the entire marketing campaigns (both Go to market launch, and ongoing post launch efforts) with a focus on online and ROI goals.

·             Develop and implement optimization strategies to continually improve marketing ROI. Build knowledge and business cases for investment across services.

·             Lead ROI analytics, LTV forecasting, strategy and redesign acquisition processes across services, partners, markets and channels. 

·             Help boost business performance through the discovery of high impact insights. Coordinate product, audience and content analysis and put forward recommendations for growth, conversion and retention.

·             Establish and foster new and existing relationships with distribution and marketing partners (Apple, Google, Telcos, Operators, Publishers, etc).

·             Work with Product, Creative, Programming, Sales, Marketing, aligning the BAU of the services, facilitating weekly meetings, planning and retrospective meetings.

·             Manage pipeline of business reporting: investigate, analyze, report and publish the results to the marketing teams and other stakeholders.

·             Control and manage budget, ensuring proper budget spend/allocation to drive the strategic objectives of the business and facilitate decision making.

Requirements

·             Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations; Advanced degree or specialization in Digital is a plus

·             5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Project Leader, Digital Marketing, or Media Planning. Preferably from the mobile/telco industry. 

·             Expertise and knowledge in digital strategy, omnichannel, innovation, digital culture and agile process.

·             Strong interpersonal and ability to influence the internal team and coordinate the multidisciplinary external teams in complex client environments. 

·             Experience working with digital marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel, etc.

·             Understanding of nonlinear content dynamics between platforms (desktop, mobile, applications, social video platforms, consoles, OTTs, etc), and understanding of competitive and technological challenges facing the TV industry, is a plus.

·             Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English skills (Portuguese a big plus).

·             Resilience and «can do” attitude are a must.
